Your JLA20 Small washer

Check all pockets for coins, paper, etc and load your items into the machine

Add your detergent into the correct section on top of the machine (or straight into the machine if it is a capsule)

Close the door and select your prefered washing cycle

Make note of the machine number you are using and go to the central paypoint.

To pay by coins enter your machine number and insert the correct change into any of the three slots

To pay by Card, Enter machine number, and select the correct price for your washer on the contactless terminal

Once your card payment has been accepted, please wait until your washing machine emits and audible beep. DO NOT PRESS START ON THE KEYPAD

Walk over to your machine and press start.

Load items into your dryer of choice.

Note your dryer number and proceed to the central paypoint

To pay by coins enter your machine number and insert the coins into any of the three slots.

To pay by Card, Enter machine number, and select your desired price on the contactless terminal (time and price can be found under the prices tab)

Once your card has been accepted, please WAIT for your credit to transfer to the central payment system (red leds will count up)

On the bottom left of the keypad press the S button to confirm.

Walk over to your dryer, make sure the door is closed and select the temperature you desire.
