Q- I entered the wrong machine number, what should I do?

A- Change your clothes to the machine number you entered 

Q- The machine number I entered was already in use

A- Please contact us for advice

Q- I can't open the door of the machine

A- Wait for the cycle to end, an audible click will sound and the door will unlock. If you still cannot access the machine, please contact us.

Q- I want to add more items but I have already started the machine, what shall I do?

A- Unfortunately once the machine has started, there is no stopping it. Attempts to open the door  or pushing items down the soap hatch may result in flooding or damage to the machine, for which you will be held responsible.

Q- I have put money in the dryer and it isn't spinning, what do I do?

A- Make sure you have pressed start (S) on the payment point keypad. Walk over to your dryer and press the temperature you desire and make sure the door is closed.

Q- I have come to collect my washing but the store is closed what do I do?

A- Please check the time and refer to the opening/closing times. Come back when the store is open to pick up your items. If it is within opening hours please contact us immediately. 

Q- I have called and no-one answered?

A- Our office hours are Mon-Fri 9:30-5:30. We apologise if no-one was able to take your call. We are a family run business and are unable to have a phone manned all day due to being at another premises for maintenance. Please leave a voice message with your number and we will get back to you ASAP, alternately you can fill in a form online and we will try to respond within 24 hours 

Q- I lost my money in the Central Paypoint, why?

A- This may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • The coin slot is blocked - please do not insert multiple coins at once, or too quickly. Please use the other two slots 

  • You have entered the wrong machine number

  • You have pressed cancel instead of start

  • You have taken too long to insert your money. You only have 1 minute to do so.

  • Please contact us so we may assist you.
